Lol, Tom Fulp or whoever designed New Newgrounds couldn't have done better! I can't believe people actually oppose to rules they have to make against User pages. Nobody likes rules, escpecially Tom Fulp :/. It's not like the webmasters make these rules for no reason, they make them to keep the site alive!
